Our classes is grouptraining.
Grouptraining is our name for all sorts of exercise practised in a group. The length of each session is 55 minutes long, if nothing else is indicated. Below you find all sessions in alphabetical order.
Jympa/Bas | Easy, accessible, powerful and efficient without jumping. It builds strength and improves your fitness. Perfect both for beginners and for more regulars.
Box | A boxing session with gloves and mitts where we work in pairs. Sweaty, simple and fun! This class is 70 minutes long.
Cirkelfys | Tough and fun session for those of you who like it sporty and efficient.
Cirkelgym | Tough and fun session for those of you who like it sporty and efficient.
Step | With lot´s of fun kooreografi on the Stepboard. Tough on the cardio and lot of fun at this session.
Dans fuego | A playful session inspired by the Latin world music, rhythms and dance forms. The styles can be salsa, mambo, rumba, flamenco, cumbia and samba. Impersonate, let loose and have fun!
Dans fusion | Another dance session inspired by different forms. The styles can be disco, jazz, show, tango and others. Impersonate, let loose and have fun!
Jympa/Medel | The original and best! Suitable for you who are pretty fit, like action and quite a bit of jumping. Warm-up, strength, cardio and flexibility.
Puls/medel | Full of action with focus on cardio. Fun and challenging. Awesome.
SkivstångIntervall 75 | Challenging barbell training followed by fitness training. Sporty and with high intensity. Focus and power characterizes this session.
Spin | Excellent spinning exercise for both beginners and persons who have practised spinning for a while. Efficient and fun.
Spin Soft | Spinning exercise for the beginner or those who wants to work out with a lower intensity. Efficient and fun.
Spin/interval | A spinning class for the rather fit ones that already know the basics of spinning focus on cardiotraining with intervals. Available as 55 and 75 minutes long classes
Yoga | Our calmest session. Focus is on breathing, flexibility and simply experiencing. Nice and calm.
